Detailing Service Policy
Welcome to The Ceramic Warehouse (TCW). By using TCW services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
TCW offers professional car detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, ceramic and graphene coating applications.
2. Booking and Appointments
2.1 Booking: Services can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A confirmation will be sent once the booking is completed.
2.2 Appointment Changes: Customers must notify us at least 48 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations. TCW reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows of up to £150.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing: Prices are listed on the TCW website and are subject to change without notice. Customers will be charged the rate in effect at the time of booking, subject to “Other Pricing” below.
3.2 Other Pricing: Some services will be charged at a different price, depending on the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle. Changes in the quoted price will be advised on physical inspection of the vehicle by TCW.
3.3 Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of the service. TCW accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.
3.4 Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services, which will be applied towards the total service cost. TCW reserve the right to keep the deposit if you cancel the booking without due notice in accordance with clause 2.2.
4. Vehicle Condition and Preparation
4.1 Vehicle Condition: The customer must disclose any pre-existing damage to the vehicle before the service begins. TCW is not responsible for any damage that is not reported prior to the start of the service.
4.2 Preparation: Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from the vehicle. TCW is not liable for any lost or damaged personal items.
5. Service Limitations and Liability
5.1 Service Scope: TCW will perform all services to the best of TCW’ ability. However, TCW do not guarantee the complete removal of all scratches, stains, odours, or defects.
5.2 Ceramic & Graphene Coatings: While ceramic and graphene coatings provide enhanced protection, TCW is not liable for any damage to the coated surface occurring after the service due to factors such as poor maintenance, accidents, or environmental conditions.
5.3 Liability: TCW's liability for any damages to the vehicle arising directly from the service is limited to the total cost of the service provided. TCW are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Workmanship Guarantee: TCW offer a satisfaction guarantee its detailing services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days and TCW will address the issue.
6.2 Ceramic & Graphene Coating Warranty: TCW ceramic and graphene coatings come with a TCW warranty, which covers specific issues as detailed in the warranty document provided at the time of service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Maintenance: Customers must follow the maintenance guidelines provided for ceramic and graphene coatings to ensure longevity and effectiveness.
7.2 Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect their vehicle upon service completion and report any concerns immediately.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Data Collection: TCW collects personal information necessary for booking and providing services. This information is protected and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.2 Marketing: By using TCW services, customers agree to receive occasional promotional emails from TCW. Customers can opt out at any time.
9. Amendments
TCW reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
