Your order is subject to the following terms and conditions that should be read carefully prior to you placing an order.

1. Your Orders

Orders are accepted for products directly from our website, via e-mail or over the phone. Payment is required in full before the order can be confirmed and despatched.

 2. Delivery

Orders that are received by 12:00 noon Monday to Thursday will be despatched using your choice of Revolutionary Protective Solutions Ltd delivery couriers. Orders received Friday to Sunday will be despatched on Monday. In the event of a Monday being a Bank Holiday, your order will be despatched on the following working day.

In the event of an item being out of stock or an unforeseen circumstance that impacts your delivery we will contact you and provide a new estimated delivery date.

All charges for the delivery of your products are calculated at the checkout.

 3. Payment

Revolutionary Protective Solutions Ltd accept all major credit cards via its online card terminal operated by Square in addition to PayPal. We also accept bank transfer payments, please contact us directly for details.

4. Returns

For online orders you may return your goods for a full refund up to 14 days from the date you received the goods.

A refund on delivery and return costs will not be provided if the goods are either not required anymore or if the goods were ordered incorrectly.

All returned goods must be packaged in re-saleable condition.

5. Title

Revolutionary Protective Solutions Ltd shall retain title to the goods until payment is received in full.

6. Pricing

Our website contains all the latest prices and are subject to change without notice. Revolutionary Protective Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions on its website or any other promotional, pricing or product information material.

 7. Product faults and defects

If you order is faulty please contact us via phone or e-mail. Revolutionary Protective Solutions Ltd warranty covers a period of up to 180 days from the date of your purchase.

Products that are deemed as consumables and subject to general wear tear are not covered by the warranty and are deemed accepted if not rejected within 30 days of the purchase date.

Prior to all returns for faulty or defective goods please contact us with a proof of purchase (order number).

 8. Products ordered in error

Revolutionary Protective Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for any costs associated with products that were ordered in error other than the cost of the products only.

 9. Offers, promotions and sales

Revolutionary Protective Solutions Ltd from time-to-time may offer discounts, sales, offers or promotions (together “Offers”). These Offers are only valid for the duration advertised and only available whilst stocks last.
